摘要
美国是世界上城市化水平较高的国家,初步城市化阶段是美国城市化迅速发展的第一个时期。就美国城市化过程的第一个阶段即初步城市化阶段(1790—1870年)的进程及特点进行分析,说明初步城市化是一个不可逾越也不可忽视的历史阶段。
The United States is a highly urbanized country,where preliminary stage of its urbanization is the first period of rapid development of urbanization.The paper is to analyze the development and characteristics in the first stage of America's urbanization to demonstrate that urbanization is historical period which cannot be ignored and insurmounted.
