摘要
近几年以来,全国各地大、中城市都纷纷刮起了一股争相购买"小产权房"的热潮。据统计,全国小产权楼盘已经占到总体销售市场的20%左右,而且颇有"星星之火,可以燎原"之势。但是,由于小产权房本身存在的法律上的局限,再加上目前的法律法规并没有对其明确立法,使得大多数购房者在享受了当前利益的同时,又不免对手中的所有权及以后的发展前景产生疑虑。对这一特定历史时期出现的社会现象,亟待出台相关的法律加以调整。
In recent years,all the people across large,medium-sized cities are rushing to buy 'small property room'.According to the statistics,National Small Property real estate market has accounted for around 20% of overall sales,and the number is still rising.However,owing to the inherent legal limitations of the 'small property room',and the fact that the current laws and regulations have not made explicit legislations about it,most buyers,while enjoying the benefits from it,are worried about the ownership and the prospect of future development.A relevant law is urgently needed to adjust the particular social phenomenon emerged in this particular historical period.
