摘要
知识经济时代,科学技术迅猛发展和高等教育教学改革深入发展,高校教师的水平决定着高等教育的质量。地方应用型本科高校是服务地方社会经济发展,培养实践能力较强的高级应用型人才的重要基地。其人才培养更注重实践性和应用性。但教师培训存在着培训体系不健全、培训内容陈旧、培训模式单一、评价管理制度体系不完善等诸多问题。本文从健全地方高校教师培训制度,转变培训观念,改变经费投入方式,拓宽培训渠道,改进培训模式,注重健全评价管理机制等方面给出合理化建议。
The capacity of teachers determines the quality of higher education in the era of knowledge economy with rapid development of science and technology,and in-depth development of reform in higher education.Local application-oriented university is an important base to serve the local socio-economic development,and foster applied advanced talents with a stronger practical capacity.It paid more attention to practicality and applicability in talents training.However,there are problems that teacher training system is not inadequate,and training content is outdated,and mode of training is a single pattern,and evaluation management system needs to be improved.In this paper,the rationalization proposals on the sound system of teacher training in local universities,changing the training concepts,changing the way of the money input,broadening the training channels,improved training modules,focusing on a comprehensive evaluation management system o are given.
