摘要
对西安地区中学教师继续教育现状的抽样调查研究,发现在中学教师继续教育中,普遍存在着理论指导单一、教育模式单一、政策模糊与实施保障措施不力;教师选择权不大、教师参与继续教育的主动性不高,工学矛盾突出,继续教育的实效性不强;教育考核评价不力,教育内容针对性不强,教育形式缺乏灵活性,中学教师学习动机激励模式单一僵硬,部分领导不够重视、监督管理不到位等问题。对这些问题进行原因分析,可以提出应对策略,以期加强和完善我市中学教师继续教育工作,有力地促进教师教育的改革与发展。
At present,the middle school teachers' continuing education work is pushing forward into a new phase.Though some development can be seen easily,some problems and confusions are simutaniously existing.The samples of the state quo of the issue reveal such problems as single theory,monotonous teaching pattern,ambiguous policy and weak security measures,narrow scope of subjects and inactive teachers' participation,the conflicts between work and education,weak direction and flexibility in training contents and modes,improper leaders' attention and inadequate supervision and management,etc.So the paper analyzes these problems and their corresponding reasons,and further puts forward some countermeasures with purpose to strenghten and improve the middle school teachers' continuing education in Xi'an area,thus promote the development and reform of teachers' education.
