摘要
近年来,随着学生规模的迅速扩大,地方本科院校教师队伍数量不足、结构不尽合理、教师队伍建设管理理念落后、激励评价机制不科学等问题比较突出。加大教师引进和培养力度,组建教学科研团队,坚持人本管理与科学管理相结合,完善评价激励机制,促进教师队伍国际化,是地方本科院校加强教师队伍建设,确保学校健康发展的必要举措。
With the rapid increase of university enrollments,some problems become stressed in regional universities: lack of teaching staff,irrational teaching structure,backward concept of internal management and unreasonable evaluation systems,etc.To ensure a sound development of regional universities,it is of great significance to recruit qualified teachers and train the existing staff,to construct specialized teaching and research teams,to combine the people-oriented management and scientific management,and to improve and perfect teacher's evaluation systems so as to internationalize and strengthen the teaching staff in regional universities.
