摘要 介绍了球铁刹车盘的不同铸造工艺,对粘土砂湿型铸造工艺和覆砂铁型铸造工艺进行了试验对比。结果表明:粘土砂湿型铸件球化率较低,球数较少,有缩松缺陷;覆砂铁型铸件球化率较高,球数较多,没有缩松缺陷。覆砂铁型工艺投入批量生产后,铸件品质稳定。 Different casting methods used for ductile iron brake disc production were introduced. A comparative test between green sand mold casting method and resin sand-coated iron mold casting method was conducted. The result showed that the castings produced with green sand molds has lower nodularity, lower nodule count, and shrinkage defect, and the castings produced with resin sand-coated iron molds has relatively higher nodularity, higher nodule count and no shrinkage defect. The resin sand-coated iron mold casting method was finally adopted for the batch production and as a result, the quality of castings was stable and satisfied the foreign client.
