摘要 研究了Cr铸态球铁抗拉强度、伸长率、硬度与珠光体体积分数的关系曲线,比较后认为Cr铸态球铁比Cu铸态球铁具有更好的疲劳性能。车削试验表明:Cr铸态球铁车削力大于Cu铸态球铁而小于钢;钻削试验结果显示:Cr铸态球铁的钻削力大于Cu铸态球铁而小于钢。 The relationship curve between tensi le strength,elongation,hardness and pearlite volume fraction of the Cr-alloyed as-cast nodular iron was investigated.The comparison showed that the Cr-alloyed as-cast nodular iron has even more higher fatigue properties than Cu-alloyed as-cast nodular iron.Turning test showed that the turning force of Cr-alloyed as-cast nodular iron was bigger than Cu-alloyed as-cast nodular iron,however less than steel;and the drilling test also showed the same result.
