摘要
进行了用耐热钢用纳米陶瓷复合合金替代纯Ni生产镍钼球墨铸铁轧辊的试验,确定用代Ni合金生产的轧辊化学成分为:w(C)3.1%~3.6%,w(Si)1.4%~1.8%,w(Mn)0.4%~0.8%,w(S残)≤0.02%,w(P)<0.1%,w(Ni)2.1%~2.5%,w(Cr)0.2%~0.5%,w(Mo)0.5%~0.8%。试验结果表明:加入代Ni合金后的轧辊石墨球径略微变小且球数有增多趋势,组织更加弥散均匀,渗碳体形态由块状趋向更加细小条状,抗事故性能得到了有效提高。
An experiment of adopting heat resistant steel-used nano-ceramic composite alloy as substitute for pure nickel to produce Ni-Mo nodular iron roller was conducted.The chemical composition of the roller produced by using Ni-replacing alloy was determined as follows:w(C)3.1%~3.6%,w(Si)1.4%~1.8%,w(Mn)0.4%~0.8%,w(S residual)≤0.02%,w(P)< 0.2%,w(Ni)2.1%~2.5%,w(Cr)0.2%~0.5%,w(Mo)0.5%~0.8%.Test results showed that after adding Ni-replacing alloy,diameter of graphite nodules became a little smaller and the nodule count indicated a increasing tendency,the microstructure became more disperse and uniform,the morphology of cementite tended from original block shape to smaller strip shape,and the anti-failure property has been effectively enhanced.
