摘要
目前,部分高校教师,特别是很多年轻教师的个人知识管理混乱,加强教师个人知识管理可以有效促进教师教育知识的共享和创新。教师个人知识管理的方法主要有知识地图的构建及建立基于Blog的个人知识管理平台。
At present,the personal knowledge management of part of the university teachers,especially some young teachers,is confusion.Enhancing the personal knowledge management can effectively promote the sharing and innovation of the teachers' educational knowledge.The methods of personal knowledge management of teachers mainly include building knowledge maps and personal knowledge management platforms based on the Blogs.
