摘要
师范教育是教师角色实践的初始阶段。当前高师院校角色实践教学主要存在实践性知识的忽视、主体性缺失、实践性疏离等方面的问题,因此师范教育阶段需要安排好效仿性角色实践、模拟性角色实践和实效性角色实践活动,并加强角色实践的监督和评价,以保证高师院校角色实践教学收到实效。
Normal education is the initial stage of the teacher's role performance.There are limitations in the teaching of teacher's role performance in teachers' college: neglecting the students' practical knowledge,Absence of subjectivity and alienation of practicality.To surely achieve actual effect of the role performance teaching,we should make good arrangement for imitative role performance,simulative role performance and effective role performance in the stage of normal education and enhance the supervision and evaluation of the role performance.
