益气血补肝法在体外受精-胚胎移植治疗周期中对白血病抑制因子、瘦素的影响 被引量:9

EFFECTS OF SUPPLEMENTING QI AND BLOOD AND TONIFYING LIVER METHOD ON LEUKEMIC INHIBITORY FACTOR AND LEPTIN DURING EXTERNAL FERTILIZATION-EMBRYO TRANSPLANTATION

摘要 目的:探讨中药对胚胎移植日、种植窗血清白血病抑制因子(LIF)、瘦素(Leptin)的影响。方法:行IVF患者42例,随机分成中药组及对照组,中药组均于胚胎移植日、种植窗抽血,用放射免疫法测定瘦素水平,应用ELISA方法测定血清白血病抑制因子水平。结果:中药组种植窗白血病抑制因子及瘦素水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);中药组种植窗LIF及瘦素水平均高于移植日(P<0.05);中药组移植日白血病抑制因子水平明显低于对照组,两组移植日瘦素水平差别无显著性。结论:益气血补肝法可改善黄体期血清白血病抑制因子、瘦素的水平,从而影响IVF-ET中胚胎的种植。 Objective:To discuss the effects of supplementing qi and blood and tonifying liver Chinese medicine on serum leukemic inhibitory factor(LIF) and leptin during external fertilization-embrryo transplantation.Methods: 42 cases with IVF were divided into two groups,Chinese medicine and control groups,serum LIF and leptin levels were determined by radio-immunity method on the embryo transfer day and 3 days after embryo transfer. Results: Serum LIF and leptin levels in Chinese medicine group were obviuosly higher than those of control after embryo transfer 3 days,srum LIF and leptin levels of two groups were higher than those of control on the embryo transfer day;LIF level of Chinese group was significantly lower than that of control,there was no difference between Chinese group and control on the leptin level .Conclusion: Chinese medicine of supplementing qi and blood and tonifying liver could improve the embryo implantation in IVF-ET cycle by elevating serum LIF and leptin levels.
