髓核上移的急性游离型腰椎间盘突出症的诊断与治疗

Diagnose and Treatment to the Disc Sequestration of Lumbar Disc Herniation with Dissociative Nucleus Pulposus that Move Above

目的:探讨髓核上移的急性游离型腰椎间盘突出症的诊断与治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析2005年4月～2008年6月收治的26例该类病例的临床资料。结果:26例均获得正确诊断和及时治疗。结论:髓核上移的急性游离型腰椎间盘突出症的诊断治疗有一定的特殊性,急诊MRI检查可明确诊断,急诊手术治疗效果良好。

Objective: To research the diagnose and treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation with dissociative nucleus pulposus that move above. Methods: The clinical data of the 26 cases were analyzed retrospectively from Apr 2005 to Jun 2008. Results: All the patients got correct diagnosis and effective treatment. Conclusion: It has some particularity in the diagnosis and treatment. It can take a correct diagnosis via MRI check and emergency operation would bring a favorable therapeutic efficacy.
