中年男性ApoE基因多态性与血清血脂浓度分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨中年男性载脂蛋白(apolipoprotein E,ApoE)基因多态性与血清血脂浓度的关系。方法检测244名40岁~60岁深圳男性血清血脂浓度,并采用基因芯片技术检测其ApoE基因。把入选对象按年龄分为40岁~45岁组(32名);46岁~50岁组(118名);51岁~55岁组(68名);56岁~60岁组(26名)。结果不同年龄段中年男性血清血脂浓度比较,差异无统计学意义(F=0.96,P>0.05)。依据2007年中国成人血脂异常的防治指南对高脂血症的诊断标准,将入选对象分为高脂血症组(86名)及正常血脂组(158名),两组中最常见的基因型为E3/E3,少见基因型有E3/E4、E2/E3、E4/E3,未检出E2/E4型。E2/E2+E2/E3基因型频率高脂血症组低于正常血脂组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。按基因型把入选对象分为E2/E2+E2/E3组(62名),E3/E3组(178名),E3/E4+E4/E4组(4名),方差分析显示3组基因型人群血清甘油三酯浓度及低密度脂蛋白浓度比较,差异无统计学意义(F=0.28,P>0.05);3组基因型人群血清总胆固醇浓度比较,差异有统计学意义(F=4.69,P<0.05),E2/E2+E2/E3基因型血清总胆固醇浓度较E3/E3基因型低。结论高脂血症较少发生在E2/E2+E2/E3基因型人群。 Objectives To investigate the relationship between apolipoprotein E (ApoE) gene polymorphisms and serum lipids in middle-aged male residents (age 40-60 y). Methods The ApoE gene polymorphism of 244 subjects was determined by the method of gene chip. The residents were divided into 40-45 y group (n=32), 46-50 y group (n=118), 51-55 y group (n=68) and 56-60 y group (n=26). The frequency distributions of ApoE gene and the relationship between ApoE gene polymorphism and serum lipids were analyzed. Results Differences among serum lipids of different age groups had no statistical significance ( F =0.96, P >0.05). According to 2007 Prevention and Cure Guideline of Anbormal Serum Lipids in Adult in China, the residents were divided into hyperlipoproteinemia group (n=86) and normal lipid group (n=158). ApoE3 / E3 was the most frequent genotypes of the two groups, and E3 / E4, E2 / E3, E4 / E4 were the minority genotypes. ApoE2 / E4 genotype was not observed in these subjects. Compared with normal group, E2 / E2+E2 / E3 genotype frequency of the hyperlipoproteinemia subjects decreased. The residents were divided into ApeE2 / E2 +E2 / E3 ( n =62) group, E3 / E3 ( n =178) group, E3 / E4 +E4 / E4 ( n =4) group by different genotype. Variance analysis indicated that differences of the concentrations of triglyceride and low- density lipoprotein in serum among the three different genotype groups had no statistical significance ( F =0.28, P > 0.05). The concentration of total cholesterol in serum among different geneotype groups had statistical significance (F= 4.69, P<0.05). The concentration of total cholesterol in serum in E2 / E2+E2 / E3 genotype group was lower than that in E3 / E3 genotype group. Conclusions People with E2 / E2+E2 / E3 genotype may have less opportunity to suffer from hyperlipidemia.
