左旋精氨酸对未成熟心肌的保护作用 被引量:3

摘要 体外循环中心肌的缺血再灌注损伤是不可避免的,而一氧化氮(nitrogen monoxidum,NO)合成及释放的减少是导致心肌缺血再灌注损伤(myocardial ischemical reperfusion injury,MIRI)的重要因素。本文通过对婴幼儿心肌的特点、NO与MIRI的关系、未成熟心肌缺血再灌注时NO生成量的变化、左旋精氨酸(left-arginine,L-Arg)对未成熟MIRI的保护作用及其机制、L-Arg的心肌保护作用与剂量及年龄的关系等方面进行综述,阐明提供外源性的L-Arg,通过L-Arg-NO通路,促进体内NO浓度增加,可产生对心肌细胞保护作用的机制。
