Kidney and Heart Failure Explore the Origin

心衰之病机,总属本虚标实,其中气虚、阴虚、阳虚为本,血瘀、水泛为标。而在心衰的发生发展中,肾中精气的不足一直起着非常重要的作用。因此,平衡于肾中阴阳,阳不足则补其阳,阴不足者益其阴,是心衰治疗中重要的原则。

It is including Qi deficiency, Yin deficiency, Yang deficiency, Blood stasis and Water overflowing to pathogensis of heart failure ( HF) in traditional Chinese medicine. In the development process of HF, the deficiency of kidney jing acts a considerable role. So it is a fundamental principle of HFS treatment to balance between the Yin and Yang of kidney.
