萎缩性胃炎,尤其是伴有肠上皮化生和异型增生者被认为是胃癌的重要环节。西医临床至今仍缺乏有效的逆转CAG伴IM和Dys的治疗手段。中医开展CAG伴IM和Dys的治疗工作已有多年,众多的临床报道及病理证实,中医药可有效治疗萎缩性胃炎,并使部分IM和Dys减轻或消失。
