[目的]观察西医常规治疗基础上加用清肺化痰汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。[方法]48例随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组均酌情予以吸氧、抗感染、平喘化痰、维持水、电解质平衡、强心利尿等治疗。治疗组在此基础上加用清肺化痰汤治疗,每日1剂,水煎服。两组均以7日为1个疗程。[结果]治疗组疗效优于对照组。[结论]中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病具有良好的疗效。
