在当前条件下,加速推进城镇化进程是持续增加农民收入的根本路径选择和重要途径。在理论分析和实证分析综述的基础上,提出"农民收入增长先导"的城镇化发展战略,构建既符合城镇化发展的时间递进和空间梯度规律,又符合我国经济社会发展实际的四层级、网络式、金字塔型的城镇化结构体系,并提出战略应遵循的基本准则。

Accelerating pace of urbanization is the fundamental channel to increase of peasants’ income in current conditions. Theoretical studies and substantial evidences analysis indicate that the urbanization development strategy of growth of farmer’s income first accords with not only time and space gradient law of urbanization development but also the actual situation of economic and social development of China.
