On Transition of Editors’Role in Learned Journals

与国际接轨后,我国高校学报发展遇到了一些实际性问题,其中编辑角色转化是最基本的问题。那么,要想实现编辑角色的真正转化,我们应该在学报自身的合理调整方面作努力。这包括期刊现有模式的调整,编辑自身素质的加强,管理经营方式的转变等一系列问题。只有这些问题得到了切实解决,学报才能改变现状,实现国际化发展。

Journals in institutions of higher education have faced up with some essential problems among which transition of editors’role is the most fundamental one. Journals may be internationalized by changing the present situation,esp. achieving transition of editors’ role in the following respects: adjusting the present pattern of journals,intensifying editors’ quality,improving management and administration,etc.
