摘要
pH值控制广泛存在于化工生产、生化处理、污水处理、发电等工业过程,其控制品质好坏直接影响整个系统能否长期、安全、稳定运行,因而十分重要。由于大时滞和强非线性等特性,pH值控制十分困难。本文系统地总结了近年来针对pH值控制系统的新控制策略,并对pH值控制策略的应用做了展望。
The demand for pH control exists widely in many industry fields,such as chemical industry,biotechnology,effluent treatment,electrical power industry and so on.The performance of pH control system impacts on whether the whole system can work persistently,safely and stably.However,the control of pH is difficult for its long time-delay and severe nonlinearity which make lots of control strategies developed in the past years.A brief survey of the main methods and control strategies which have been applied to pH control system was presented,and an expectation of the application of these control strategies was given out.
