摘要
介绍了来宾电厂300 MW锅炉的气泡雾化小油枪点火系统节能原理、系统组成和应用情况,气泡雾化小油枪与百叶窗水平浓淡煤粉燃烧器结合方式能可靠地点燃混煤煤粉并稳定燃烧,而且节油效果显著,明显降低了机组启停及低负荷稳燃的耗油量,达到降低发电成本,增加企业效益的目的。
This article presents energy-saving principle,system composition,and application of small oil gun ignition system of Guangxi Laibin 300 MW coal-fired power plant.The operation situation shows that small oil gun ignition combined with louver horizontal rich/lean pulverized-coal burner is conducive to a reliable ignition of pulverized coal and the boiler can maintain the stable combustion,and oil-consumption is reduced during the startup/stop/low-load of the power plant.It can attain the purpose of low cost and high efficiency.
