增免灵对肝癌小鼠红细胞天然免疫的增强作用

Enhancement of Zengmianling on erythrocyte innate immunity of hepatoma mice

目的探讨中药增免灵对移植肝癌小鼠红细胞天然免疫的促进作用。方法健康昆明种小鼠100只随机分成5组,治疗组、模型组各分2组,每组20只,其中一组癌细胞接种在小鼠腹腔,供15天后测红细胞天然免疫,一组癌细胞接种在小鼠右腋皮下,供11天后测肿瘤直径大小,另设正常对照组。结果增免灵治疗组肿瘤直径大小明显小于模型组(P<0.01),治疗组红细胞受体花环率及粘附肿瘤细胞花环率明显高于模型组(P<0.01)。结论增免灵能提高肝癌小鼠红细胞天然免疫功能。

Objective To explore the enhancement of Chinese medicine Zengmianling(functions in enhancing immunity) on erythrocyte innate immunity of transplanted hepatoma mice.Methods 100 healthy Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: 2 treatment groups(both n=20,and one group of mice were transplanted cancer cells intraperitoneally),2 model groups(both n=20,one group received intraperitoneal cancer cells transplantation).At 15 days after transplantation,erythrocyte innate immunity was determined.And for every other group,a group of cancer cells were planted subcutaneously in right axillary for the measurement of tumor diameter after 11 days.The rest 20 mice made up the normal control group.Results Tumor diameter of treatment groups were obviously shorted than that of model groups(P<0.01).Erythrocyte receptor rosette rate and the tumor cells adhesion rosette rate were significantly higher than that of model groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Zengmianling has the effect of enhancing erythrocyte innate immunity of hepatoma mice.
