This paper briefly summarizes the artistic conception of Li Shutong 's Ci.On this basis,it analyzes the influence of Su Shi on the conception of Li Shutong 's Ci from the perspectives of connotation,art and language,so as to sort out the development thread of Li Shutong 's thoughts,which helps people get a better interpretation of Li Shutong 's concept of 'literature conveys the truth' and obtain a further understanding of Li 's life change from expressing his ambition with 'Confucian culture' to fulfilling his mission with 'Buddhist Culture'.
