摘要
针对高校传统的人才引进工作中存在着耗时长、信息不对称、缺少交流平台和针对性的信息查询等问题,分析了在人才引进方面进行网络化管理的可行性,并提出了具体的方案,如用户权限分层角色管理、招聘计划管理、应聘简历流程化管理、系统数据库管理与维护、系统数据统计分析等。实践证明,该系统成效显著。
With respect to the problems existing in the traditional job of recruiting talents by colleges and universities,such as long time,information asymmetry,lack of exchange platform and targeted information inquiry,etc.,this paper makes an analysis of the practicability of network management of talent recruitment.Further more,it puts forward some detailed solutions,including role-level-based authorization management,recruitment program management,candidate resume flows management,system database management and maintenance,statistical analysis of system data,etc.And practice has proved the significant effectiveness of the system.
