摘要
在应用型创新人才的培养目标定位下,市场营销专业实践教学是人才能力培养的主要路径。通过对专业能力的分解,分析了市场营销专业现有实践教学体系的问题,并进一步研究如何依托校内实践教学平台的优势来进行实践教学改革,包括校内外实践教学互补、实践项目开放、教学资源统筹及增设综合性设计性实践项目等改革举措。
Practical teaching is the main way to raise applied innovative talents.This paper analyzes the existing problems of practice teaching of marketing major through decomposing the professional competence,and points out how to reform the practical teaching based on the school-inside practical teaching platform.It also formulates some teaching reform measures as follows: the complementary practical teaching pattern between school-inside and school-outside,the opening laboratory,the teaching resources overall plan,and the additional comprehensive experiments and designing experiments.
