摘要
调查松树塘羊肚菌的生态环境,对子实体的rDNA ITS区段进行测序分析,通过与GeneBank中已知的羊肚菌属的种进行序列比对,构建系统发育树,鉴定出该羊肚菌为脉肋羊肚菌M.costata。
In this study, the habitat of Morchella on pond pine area was investigated, and the rDNA ITS sequences of fruitbody was sequenced. Molecular identification was accomplished using phylogenetic tree analysis of 28 Morchella rDNA ITS nucleotide sequence including 1 new and 27 GeneBank sequence. The results showed that the test strain belonged to Morchella costata.
