介绍威顿公司2套400 kt/a硫磺制酸装置配套分析室组建工作的一些经验和体会,通过对分析室的优化和整合,包括测定项目和人员配置、分析室布局、检验文件资料及原始记录准备、检测设备、药品试剂及玻璃器皿的配置等方面,使分析室配置更加合理、实用高效,有利于方便快捷地完成检测工作。同时对硫酸系统分析室的组建和分析操作提出几点建议。

Some experiences and cognitions in construction of a laboratory common to Wylton Co.'s two 400 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plants are described.Optimization and integration of the laboratory in,such as, allocation of testing items and personnel,laboratory layout,preparation of testing file information and original record, provision of testing equipment,chemical reagent and glassware were implemented to make the laboratory allocation more reasonable,practical and efficient,which was beneficial to convenient and quickl analyses. Some suggestions about laboratory construction and analytical operation of sulphurie acid plants also are given.
