小儿脑瘫康复模式下的评估研究方法探讨

基于环境资源的小儿脑瘫康复模式类型为脑瘫评估的定量研究提供了分类依据。事实上,在不同康复模式下康复评估的研究意义、研究过程以及方法既存在共同性也有差异性。因此,为了使定量研究的数据结果具有更高的可靠性和可比性,本文结合家庭康复模式、医院康复模式,重点探讨了社会福利机构康复模式下的评估研究在对象选择、康复治疗过程、量表选择及评估标准、动态评估的操作程序以及成本评估的意义与方法等方面应注意的问题。

The rehabilitation modes of children with cerebral palsy that is based on environmental resources provides a classification basis for quantitative study of cerebral palsy rehabilitation assessment.In fact, there are also differences in common in research significance, the research process, and research methods under different modes of cerebral palsy rehabilitation.Therefore, in order to make data results higher reliability and comparability, this article mainly discussed on some issues of attention in the aspects of target selection, rehabilitation treatment process, scale selection and evaluation criteria, dynamic assessment procedures as well as the significance and methods of costs assessment under the social welfare institute rehabilitation modes of children with cerebral palsy, combined with discussion on family rehabilitation mode and hospital rehabilitation mode.
