摘要 报道了用固相微萃取法提取黑胡椒中挥发性化学成分,用气相色谱-质谱法法从黑胡椒挥发油中分离并确定出26种化学成分,占挥发油的相对百分含量的87.23%,其中主要成分为萜类化合物,占总检出量的46.6%。 The volatile components of black pepper were extracted by solidphase microextraction ,26 components were identified by GC / MS method. The identified compounds make up 87.23% of the total volatile substances. Of them the main constituents are: terpinenes, the contents of the identified terpinene compounds make up 46.6 % of the total volatile substances detected.
