摘要
采用同时蒸馏微萃取法提取姜科植物生姜中挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其挥发性化学成分进行分析。结果表明:生姜挥发油的主要化学成分是萜类化合物茨烯蒎烯水芹烯姜烯和冰片等。
The volatile oil from ginger was extracted by the method of simultaneous distillation microextraction, the components were separated by gas chromatography and identified by mass-spectrometry. The results show that terpene compounds in the volatile oils were identified. The higher chemical components in the volatile oil are camphene, pinene, phellandrene, zingiberene and borneol.
