摘要
采用超声提取法提取山楂果肉与核中的多糖成分,利用紫外光谱法进行微量分析.山楂果肉和核的多糖含量分别为126.81mg/g和11.550mg/g.此方法回收率为100.35%~103.01%,变异系数小于0.20%。结果表明此方法适用于对多糖含量的微量分析.
The polysaccharide in hawthorn fruit and nucleus were extracted by ultrasonic,and were microanalyzed by UV. Contents of polysaccharide are 126.81 mg/g and 11.456 mg/g respectively. The recovery is 100.35%~ 103.01% and the coefficient of variation is 0.20%. The result indicates that this method is suitable in microanalysis of polysaccharide content.
