Movie TV animation cartoon creative industry is a rising industry which takes an importantpart in the whole culture industry.On the basis of the present situation and developing rules of foreign and domestic animation cartoon industry,this paper makes an analysis of the necessity and feasibility of Qingdao developing this industry.It also indicates the basic approach and method of developing this industry.
