体育专业学生运动技能学习策略的培养研究

摘要 根据学习策略原理,并结合运动技能学习的特点,设计一套学习运动技能的策略,并进行教学实施.得出以下结论:对学生进行学习策略训练有利于学生掌握运动技能,尤其是对运动技能技术评定影响较大;在培养学生运用学习策略的能力方面,言语法、调控法、认知体验、观察法四项指标得到明显改善,其它指标并不明显,同时培养学生元认知能力是一个长期的过程;并在学习方法上受到一定启发,从而增强了学习能力. This research designed a method of motor learning for teaching,according to study strategy theory together with trait of motor skill learning.The conclusion as follows:first,the training of study strategy is beneficial to motor skill learning and have more influence on technique than performance.Second,clear improvement in method of linguistics,adjust and control,cognitive experience,observing,except other indexes,and the training of study strategy ability is a long process.Third,the student is interested in study by this means and acquires elicitation in thinking method.
