摘要
设计一个基于RS-485网络的分布式工业配电测控模拟系统,其通信控制器采用具有智能通信功能的7521模块。7521具有嵌入式CPU,自带通信驱动程序,可大幅减少用户的编程工作量,较之一般的RS-485通信系统具有更高的稳定性和实时性。论述了7521智能通信控制器的特点和命令使用方法,在此基础上进行了上下位机通信程序的设计,给出程序流程图,并进行了抗干扰措施的分析说明。实验结果证明,系统运行稳定可靠、数据传送量大、编程简单、可维护性和可扩充性都较强,因而对同类设计具有一定的理论和实践参考价值。
A distributed power supply simulation system is designed based on RS-485 network.Its communication controller used 7521 module which is of intelligent communication function.The module has embedded CPU and communication driver program and can decrease programming greatly.The special communication system is of more stability and real-time performance,compared with normal RS-485 system.Then,the paper concentrates on the describing the features and command methods of 7521 module,and designs upper-lower system communication program and flowchart.Lastly the paper analyses the anti-interference methods.Tests proved that the system not only works stably and reliably,transfer high-capacity data,but also has simple programming process,and high maintainability and expansibility.So the system has definite theory and practice value to other similar system design.
