摘要
针对电机绕组绝缘阻值实时检测需要,研制了一种基于单片机的数字绝缘检测仪(数字兆欧表),通过手动或远程控制自动检测,可以准确测得电机绕组烘干过程中不断变化的热态绝缘阻值。介绍了该智能仪表硬件部分和软件部分的设计,详述了硬件部分主要模块的功能及软件部分的流程图。在现场高温、高磁环境下测试,当阻值在1M~100G时,误差在±5%;当高于或低于该阻值时,误差在±10%,达到预期目标。
To test the insulation resistance of motor windings in real time,this paper discussed the design of the digital megohmmeter for motor windings based on the SCM,it is can work in manual or remote braking control test,the changing thermal insulation resistance of motor windings can be accurately measured during drying.In the field of high temperature and high magnetic testing environment,when the resistance in the 1M-100G,the error was ±5%;higher or lower than the resistance,the error was ±10%,achieve the desired objective.It introduced the design of hardware and software as well as the function of all modules and flowchart.
