摘要
文章分析了传统飞机电缆故障诊断算法优缺点,结合希尔伯特-黄变换下的数据去噪处理,提出一种基于相位检测频域反射计的飞机电缆"硬性故障"(短路和断路)故障判断方法,通过分析短路、断路下参考入射信号和反射信号合成的信号相位、幅值差异,解决了相位检测频域反射计单纯应用在故障点距离判断的缺陷。实验结果表明,该算法能有效地判断出飞机电缆"硬性故障"(短路和断路)类型,应用电缆长度范围广、精度高、软件控制简单、运算量小,适用于飞机电缆等复杂检测环境下的电缆"硬性故障"类型判断。
This paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages in traditional methods for aircraft cable defects detecting method,with the threshold denoising method on Hilbert Huang Transform,a new method based on Phase-Detection Domain Reflectometry was adopted in this paper,that is developed to detect and locate aircraft cable 'hard defects'(i.e.opens and shorts).Using the differences of amplitude and phase in superimposed signal which is superposed signal from the incident signal and the reflected signal on defects,the shortage of Phase-detection Fre-quency domain Reflectometry simply using in locating aircraft cable defects is solved.The experimental results show this method effectively judge the types of aircraft cable 'hard defects',particularly for short lengths of cable,the software is simple,and it appropriate to detecting and locating cables 'hard defects',which detecting environment is hard,such as aircraft cables.
