目的:探讨前牙完全脱位再植疗效相关因素。方法:2006-01～2008-06开始实施脱位牙再植术。经过6月～2年以上的随访观察。结果:离体时间越短疗效越好;脱位牙保存方式湿保存好于干保存;根尖孔未闭合者疗效好于闭合者。结论:离体时间、脱位牙保存方式、根尖孔闭合情况是影响前牙完全脱位再植疗效的主要因素。

Objective:To explore fully anterior dislocation effects related factors Replantation.Methods:January 2006-June 2008 to start the implementation of dislocation Replantation teeth.After 6 months to 2 years of follow-up observation.Results:The shorter the time in vitro efficacy of the better;dislocation teeth good way to preserve wetlands dry preservation;apical foramen closure effects were better than those closed.Conclusions:In vitro time,dislocation teeth way apical foramen closure is complete anterior dislocation of the impact effect of the main factors replantation.
