急性非ST段抬高的冠脉综合征患者血清脂联素水平与基质金属蛋白酶关系探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨急性非ST段抬高抬高的冠脉综合征(non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome,NSTEACS)患者血清脂联素水平与基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)及组织金属蛋白酶抑制因子-1(tissue inhibitors of metallopmteinase-1,TIMP-1)水平及其相关性。方法入选NSTEACS组90例,稳定型心绞痛(stable angina,SA)组50例,正常对照(normal control,NL)组60例,检测各组血清脂联素水平、MMP-9、TIMP-1的浓度,进行统计学分析。结果 NSTEACS组血清脂联素水平明显低于SA组与NL组(P<0.05),而MMP-9/TIMP-1比值及MMP-9的浓度显著升高(P<0.05);SA组与NL组比较各指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清脂联素与MMP-9之间无相关性(r=-0.264,P>0.05),脂联素与TIMP-1呈显著正相关(r=0.398,P<0.01),脂联素与MMP-9/TIMP-1比值呈显著负相关(r=-0.482,P<0.01)。结论 NSTEACS患者中,血清脂联素浓度降低,MMP-9/TIMP-1平衡破坏,可能是NSTEACS的发病机制之一。 Objective To study the changes of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)/tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) and serum adiponectin in patients with non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTEACS) and explore the relationship between them.Methods Patients with NSTEACS(n =90),stable angina (SA,n =50) and normal control (NL,n =60) were included in this study.All the results were obtained by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and analyzed by independent t-test and linear correlation analysis. Results In NSTEACS group,the levels of adiponectin were decreased compared with SA group and the normal control group ( P <0.05),but MMP-9 level and MMP-9/TIMP-1 value were increased ( P <0.05).Between the SA group and the normal control group there were no obvious difference.The concentration of adiponectin was significantly positively correlated with TIMP-1 ( r = 0.398,P < 0,01) and significantly negatively correlated with MMP-9/TIMP-1(r = -0.482,P <0.01).Conclusion The decreased adiponectin affects the stabilization of plaque in coronary artery and its relation with MMP-9/TIMP-1 may be an important factor in the occurrence and development of acute coronary syndrome.
