数字摄影系统中CR与DR的图像比较及临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的 旨在阐明计算机X线摄影系统(computed radiography,CR)与数字X线摄影系统(digital radiography,DR)成像结果的优劣及其在临床摄影工作中的应用价值.方法 随机抽取近期CR、DR胶片共2 109张.依据X线片的评片标准对其进行质量评估和分类(甲级,乙级和丙级),并统计其类片所占比率.通过统计软件SPSS 13.0行×列表资料的χ2检验,比较CR与DR的不合格率(废片率).结果 DR的合格率为99.72%,其中优质片率为96.20%,废片率为0.28%.CR的合格率为98.84%,其中优质片率为91.94%,废片率为1.16%.优质片率DR明显高于CR(χ2=17.268 5,P<0.01),废片率明显低于CR(χ2=5.871 2,P<0.05).结论 DR在临床工作中优于CR.虽然CR和DR技术在今后一段时期内会并存,DR最终会取代CR. Objective To clarify the imaging qualities and the values of the clinical application of the computed radiography(CR) and digital radiography(DR).Methods Total 2 109 films including CR and DR were selected randomly.These films were evaluated and classified based on the X-ray film assessment standards for the quality.The rate of each films were accounted respectively.The fraction defective of CR and DR were classified with χ~2-test of SPSS 13.0,and when P < 0.05 it is statistically significant.Results The qualified rate of DR was 99.72% (96.20% of the high quality rate) and the unqualified rate was 0.28%.The qualified rate of CR was 98.84% (91.94% of the high quality rate) and the unqualified rate was 1.16%.The qualified rate of DR was higher than that of CR(χ~2= 1 7.268 5,P <0.05),and the unqualified rate was lower then that of CR(χ~2=5.871 2,P <0.05).Conclusion In the clinical work the films of DR is better than that of CR.Although CR technology will coexist with DR technology for a time,DR will eventually take the place of CR.
