MEASUREMENT OF BISMUTH IN BISMUTH ALUMINATE CAPSULES USING ATOMIC FLUORESCENCE METHOD

摘要 目的建立复方铝酸铋胶囊中铋的测定方法。方法利用HNO_3-HClO_4(5:1)湿法消解,对复方铝酸铋胶囊中的铋进行原子荧光测定。结果铋在0.0~30.0μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9996。结论该方法可有效控制复方铝酸铋胶囊的质量,提高了方法的专属性,方法简单,结果准确,灵敏度高。 Objective To establish a method of measuring bismuth (Bi) level in the compound bismuth aluminate capsules.Methods Atomic fluorescence spectrum,acid digestion system (HNO_3-HClO_4,5:1) and the way of clearing up of wet method were used to measure Bi in bismuth aluminate capsules.Results The good linear relation was obtained at 0.0~30.0μg/L using atomic fluorescence spectrum with a regression coefficient of 0.9996.Conclusion This method can be used for controlling the quality of Compound bismuth aluminate capsules.The method is simple,accurate and sensitive.
