166例老年患者胆囊炎胆囊结石症临床分析

Clinical analysis of 166 aged patients with acute cholecystitis or cholecystolithiasis

目的探讨老年人急性胆囊炎胆囊结石患者的临床特征及手术治疗经验。方法对我院2000年至2008年手术治疗的166例老年人急性胆囊炎胆囊结石患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果166例患者中治愈164例(98.9%),死亡2例(1.1%),104例(62.7%)合并有其他疾病,24例(14.5%)术后出现并发症。结论选择合适的手术时机、手术方式及麻醉方法,加强围手术期处理是手术成功的关键。

Objective To explore and summarize the clinical characteristics and the surgical treatment experience on aged patients with acute cholecystitis or cholecystolithiasis.Methods The clinical data of 166 aged patients with acute cholecystitis or cholecystolithiasis treated by operation from 2000 to 2007 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results In 166 patients,164 cases were cured(the curative rate was 98.9%),2 cases died(the mortality was 1.1%),104 cases(64.7%)had other diseases,and 24 cases(14.5%)had postoperative complications.Conclusions Selecting properly operative time and approach,choose suitable anaesthesia,and strengthening perioperative treatment are the keys to prevent postoperative complications and lower mortality
