蒙城县城乡居民艾滋病相关知识及其态度与健康教育需求调查

Study on the AIDS knowledge,attitude and education needs among town and rural residents in Mengcheng county,Anhui province

目的了解城乡居民对艾滋病相关知识知晓情况及其对艾滋病的态度和健康教育的需求现况,评估前期宣传、干预工作的效果,为进一步开展该人群的干预研究提供依据。方法整群抽取蒙城县2个城市社区、9个行政村的618名18～49周岁居民为调查对象,采用全球基金艾滋病项目统一编写印制调查表,对调查对象进行入户调查。结果城市居民艾滋病知识知晓率(90.3%)高于乡村居民(88.7%)(χ2=19.202,P=0.024)。城乡居民对非传播途径的知晓率均较低,"蚊虫叮咬是否传播艾滋病"城市居民知晓率为75.1%,乡村居民知晓率为70.9%,关于"无偿献血是否传播艾滋病"、"每隔6个月以上献血对身体是否有害"的回答正确率,以及上述两个问题回答都正确的比例,城市居民分别为84.4%、80.0%和75.6%,乡村居民分别为75.1%、73.8%和65.6%。结论城市居民关于艾滋病相关知识的知晓率优于乡村居民,应加强易错知识点以及乡村居民对艾滋病病人或感染者的态度的宣传。

Objective To identify the level of AIDS knowledge,attitude and education needs among town and rural residents,and to provide evidence for further intervention.Methods Using cluster sampling method,two town communities and nine villages were selected and all residents aged 18 to 49 were interviewed face-to-face with a structured questionnaire.Results The average awareness rates of AIDS among the town and rural participants were 90.3% and 88.7%,respectively(χ2=19.202,P=0.024).The participants were more likely to know transmission routes than non-transmission routes.The percntage of knowing 'HIV was transmission by mosquito biting' was 75.1% and 70.9%,respectively.The percentate of 'volunteer blood donation does not transmit AIDS' and 'donating blood every six months is not harmfal to health' and the percemtage of correct answer to the above two questions were 84.4%,80.0% and 75.6%,respectively in town.As for rural areas,they were 75.1%,73.8%,and 65.6% respectively.Conclusion Residents' awareness rate of AIDS is higher in town than that in rural areas.Moke work is therefore needed for impxvement kegarding kelated matters in rural areas.
