浅谈金融危机对FDI区位分布的影响

从外国直接投资流入区位的变动和FDI投资主体的变动两个方面来探讨此次金融危机对FDI区位分布的影响,发现2008年流入发达国家的FDI变动尤其显著,相对于2007年,2008年流入发达国家FDI总体下降了32%,虽然2008年发达国家对外M&A的交易额显著下滑,同时发展中国家的大幅上升,但发达国家仍是全球并购的主体。目前许多国家正利用这次金融危机加快对外投资的进程。
