摘要
案例教学是培养创新型人才的有效手段。但案例教学的这一功能在我国高校教学实践中尚未得到应有的重视。因此,必须正确认识案例教学的内涵,努力发掘案例教学的深层次目标,并通过选择适量的高质量案例及完善案例教学技巧等措施,充分发挥案例教学在培养创新型人才上的作用。
Case-teaching is an effective measure to cultivate innovative talent.It has not yet received due attention in the teaching practice in Chinese colleges and universities.Therefore,we should take steps to correctly recognize the connotations of case-teaching,explore the profound objectives of case-teaching and make full use of case-teaching in cultivating innovative talent through choosing high quality cases and perfecting case-teaching techniques.
