Quantity Replaced by Quality in the Development of Population:The Role of Government in Improving Population Problem

由于实行计划生育政策,使得从2004年起我国人口进入了平稳增长时期。人口数量虽然逐步得到控制,但是人口素质问题越发突出。政府在解决人口问题的过程中,应承担起调控、引导等责任,以推动我国从人口数量大国向人口质量大国转变。

The population steps into a stable developing period in China after 2004 due to the family policy.The amount of the population is gradually controlled,the problem of the population quality,however,is becoming seriously.During the solution of the population problem,the government should be responsible for the adjustment and guidance in order to develop the transformation from a large country with large amount population to a large one with high quality population in China.
