齿轮压缩机中间压缩腔喷油的实验研究

摘要 利用所设计的齿轮式压缩机实验样机及其测量调控系统,对这种压缩机用于压缩空气的可行性进行了验证性实验,并对转速、喷油量等因素对压缩机排气压力和输气量的影响、排气温度的大小进行了实验研究,结果表明:齿轮式压缩机可以实现对空气的压缩,压缩过程中气体的温升小,接近于定温压缩。 The feasibility of compressing air by gear compressor has been verified thought testing on the experimental device and measuring system.The relevant factors,including gear rotational speed and injection quantity,which influent the performance of gear compressor were studied through experimental methods.The result of the test has showed that gear compressor can achieve gas compression and the temperature rising is so slow that approach constant temperature compression.
