摘要
果胶是一种具有多种功能成分的亲水性植物胶,广泛存在于高等植物的细胞壁中。为开发利用沙棘果实中的果胶,促进沙棘资源的合理利用和深度开发,本文研究了微波辅助提取技术提取沙棘果实中果胶的较佳工艺,以期为开发利用沙棘果实中果胶提供参考。实验重点考察了料液比、pH、微波功率和微波提取时间等对沙棘果胶提取的影响。研究表明,微波辅助提取沙棘果胶的较佳工艺条件:料液比(g:mL)1:25,提取液pH2·0,微波功率600W,微波提取时间4min。此条件下,沙棘果胶提取率可达10·8%。与直接加热提取法相比,微波辅助提取法能大大缩短提取时间,节省能耗,提高果胶的提取率。
In this paper,the processing conditions of extracting pectin from seabuckthorn fruit by Microwave-assisted were studied.The effect factors,such as mass ratio of material to solvent,pH value,duration and power of microwave irradiation were mainly studied.The optimum conditions were:mass ratio of material to solvent 1 ∶25(g ∶mL),pH of solution 2.0,microwave power 600W and extraction time 4 min.Under these conditions,the good yield(10.8%)of pectin from seabuckthorn fruit was obtained.Compared with direct-heati...
