早期乳腺癌患者术后家庭亲密度和适应性与生活质量的关系研究

Study on the Relationship of Family Cohesion and Adaptability with Quality of life in Patients with Breast Cancer Early-stage Postoperation

[目的]调查早期乳腺癌患者术后家庭亲密度和适应性现状及对生活质量的影响,旨在为家庭干预提供依据。[方法]采用家庭亲密度和适应性量表中文版(FACESⅡ-CV)和乳腺癌生活质量专用量表(EuroQLQ-BR53)对205例确诊早期乳腺癌患者术后家庭情况和生活质量进行调查。[结果]乳腺癌患者术后家庭亲密度和适应性与国内常模比较,亲密度提高(t=10.108,P<0.01),适应性没有下降(t=0.838,P>0.05);亲密度各型之间患者生活质量比较,缠结型家庭整体生活质量好于亲密型和自由型(F=3.638,P<0.05),系统疗法副作用轻于其他三型(F=4.634,P<0.01);适应性各型之间患者生活质量比较,无规律型家庭整体生活质量好于其他三型(F=3.728,P<0.05),系统疗法副作用轻于其他三型(F=4.531,P<0.01)。[结论]临床中应加强对乳腺癌患者家庭干预,有意识引导家庭亲密度和适应性提高,以改善患者的生活质量。

[Purpose] To study family cohesion and adaptability status in patients with breast cancer early-stage postoperation and their influence on quality of life (QOL),so as to provide evidence for family intervention.
