Application of High-throughput Gene Expression Profiling to Breast Cancer

摘要 不同亚型的乳腺癌对治疗的敏感性和预后存在较大差异,高通量基因分析技术广泛应用为乳腺癌治疗方案的选择和预测预后提供了新的途径。全文简述Oncotype Dx和MammaPrint等多基因预测系统和其他基因芯片技术在乳腺癌中的应用。
