摘要
[目的]观察养肺消瘤汤联合GP化疗方案(吉西他滨+顺铂)治疗ⅢB期、Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效。[方法]将符合纳入标准的98例患者随机分为治疗组(中药+化疗组)及对照组(单纯化疗组),其中治疗组50例,对照组48例。两组均采取标准GP化疗方案,治疗组加用中药养肺消瘤汤,治疗期为3个月。主要观察指标为瘤体大小、卡氏评分、毒副反应。[结果]两组瘤体大小变化、卡氏评分、毒副反应比较,治疗组均优于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌近期疗效优于单纯化疗组,并可减轻化疗的毒副反应。
[Purpose] To investigate the shot-term effect of GP regimen (gemcitabine plus cisplatin) combined with nourishing lung elimination tumor soup in the treatment for 50 cases with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
